Dimensional & Framing Lumber
Our Brooklyn yard keeps full units of kiln-dried SPF and Douglas fir dimensional lumber, from 2x4 studs to 2x12 headers, in lengths through 20 feet. Every bunk is stored flat and dry, and we pull straight sticks, not whatever is on top.
Framing crews across NYC pick up here at 7:30 AM or have full framing packages dropped at the jobsite before the day starts. Pressure treated for sills, decks and exterior work is always in stock, and we source engineered lumber (LVL, I-joists) to spec for structural jobs.

Lumber: common questions
Do you deliver lumber to jobsites in NYC?
Yes. We deliver lumber and full framing packages to all five boroughs, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut. Same-day delivery is available in Brooklyn on orders placed before noon; most other areas get next-morning delivery.
Do you sell lumber to the public or contractors only?
Both. Contractors get account pricing and volume discounts, but homeowners and DIYers are welcome at the yard at 1301 60th St in Brooklyn.
Can you quote a full framing package from my plans?
Yes. Send plans or a takeoff through our quote form and we will price the complete package, including studs, headers, sheathing and fasteners, usually within one business day.
