What do I do with the door code?
The code is a compact spec our desk reads instantly. Add it to your quote list or copy it into an email or text; either way we know exactly which door, size, rating, frame and prep you mean.
Can I send a photo of my existing door instead?
Yes. Build what you know here, then attach photos of the existing door and frame on the quote page. Photos of the hinge side, the label (if any) and the frame help us match it exactly.
What if my size is not listed?
Custom widths and heights are normal in door work. Pick the closest size, add a note in the quote form with the exact opening dimensions, and we will spec the custom door.
