Brownstone renovations live and die by trim. We stock the profiles NYC renovators actually use: tall base packages, 3-1/2" casing, crown from simple cove to built-up profiles, in primed MDF, finger-joint pine, poplar and oak.
Matching existing profiles in a prewar building is our bread and butter. Bring a cutoff to the counter and we will match it from stock or have it run as a custom profile.

Moulding & Millwork: common questions
Can you match an existing moulding profile from an old building?
Yes. Bring a clean cutoff of the profile to our Brooklyn counter. We match it against stock profiles first, and if nothing matches we can have knives ground and the profile run in the species you need.
Do you stock hardwood moulding or just primed MDF?
We stock primed MDF, finger-joint pine, poplar and red oak profiles, and can order other hardwoods including maple, walnut and mahogany.
Do you sell moulding in full lengths or random lengths?
Most profiles are stocked in 16 ft lengths so you can run long walls without splices. We will also cut to a manageable length if you are hauling it yourself.
