Service questions
How fast is delivery in NYC?
Brooklyn orders placed before noon are often delivered same day. The other boroughs typically get next-morning delivery. Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut run on scheduled routes, usually within 1-3 business days.
Do you handle COIs for Manhattan buildings?
Yes. We issue certificates of insurance to building management requirements quickly, and our drivers are used to freight-entrance rules, time windows and curb restrictions.
