Do you stock fire retardant treated plywood for NYC jobs?
Yes, FRT plywood with certification stamps is a stock item at our Brooklyn yard, in common thicknesses for roof and wall sheathing. Volume unit pricing is available for multifamily and commercial projects.
Can I buy single sheets or do I need to buy a unit?
Both. Walk-ins can buy single sheets at the counter. Contractors ordering by the unit get volume pricing and jobsite delivery.
What is the difference between CDX and sanded plywood?
CDX is a structural sheathing grade with a rougher face, meant to be covered. Sanded grades (AC, BC) have a smooth face for paint-grade cabinetry, shelving and finish work. We stock both in multiple thicknesses.
